LOSS PREVENTION POLICY

  • Any over, short, or damaged freight must be immediately brought to the attention of our management team, who will then note the OS&D with our Claims Management. The note must detail the quantity of over, short and/or damage by PO number.
  • We may also prepare a preliminary claim notice on our customer’s behalf and file within 24 hours of the identified short and/or damaged cargo.
  • We will collect photos of damaged cargo if possible.
  • The BOL will be annotated detailing the over, short or damage.
